Store Manager
Green Stone Landscaping L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong knowledge of materials used in Civil, MEP & Landscaping projects . Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in construction/project stores. Good knowledge of Civil, MEP & Landscaping materials. Experience in inventory control, material receiving, issuing & stock management. Proficient in MS Excel and store documentation. UAE construction experience preferred. Manage day-to-day operations of construction stores and warehouses. Receive, inspect, record, store, and issue materials as per approved requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control. Coordinate with Procurement, Project, MEP, Civil, Landscaping, and Logistics teams . Monitor material consumption, minimum stock levels, and material movements between projects. Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation, and handling of materials. Prepare GRNs, material issue/return records, stock reports, and periodic inventory reports. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Control tools, equipment, consumables, spare parts, and project materials. Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests and documentation. Minimize material wastage, damage, loss, and unauthorized movement.
