This role ensures smooth store operations, achievement of sales targets, excellent customer service, effective team leadership, accurate inventory management, and compliance with company policies and operational standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in store operations, team supervision, sales management, and customer service. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and retail POS systems. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on-site at Primark Center - Guagua Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage but not required. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and compliant with company standards. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Sales and Business Performance Drive sales performance and work toward achieving store targets. Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and submit required sales and operational reports. Team Leadership Lead, supervise, coach, and support store employees. Prepare work schedules and monitor attendance. Conduct training and provide regular performance feedback. Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment. Conduct regular stock counts and support loss prevention initiatives. Ensure products are properly displayed according to merchandising standards. Customer Service Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Cash Management Oversee cashier operations and ensure proper cash handling procedures. Assist in monitoring store expenses and improving overall profitability.
