Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplier deliveries. Issue materials to technicians and obtain proper acknowledgments. Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder requests to prevent shortages. Conduct weekly and monthly stock verification and submit reports. Ensure proper storage and handling of pest control chemicals in compliance with safety regulations. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Track asset movement and maintain asset registers. Coordinate daily job schedules with supervisors and technicians. Allocate manpower, vehicles, chemicals, and equipment based on job requirements. Monitor attendance, deployment, and movement of field staff. Follow up on completion of service reports and job cards. Coordinate emergency and urgent service requests. Liaise with clients regarding service schedules when required. Support Operations Manager in planning daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Maintain records of municipality permits, chemical usage logs, and operational documents. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Update job status, material consumption, and technician productivity reports. Coordinate with Accounts for purchase requests and invoice-related documents. Maintain vehicle records, fuel logs, and maintenance schedules. Obtain quotations from suppliers when required. Coordinate purchasing of materials, chemicals, tools, and consumables. Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries and shortages. Ensure cost-effective procurement practices. Support for the submitting the Invoices Ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals and pesticides. Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) records. Ensure technicians receive required PPE before deployment. Support compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality and relevant regulatory requirements. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or operations coordination. Experience in Pest Control, Facilities Management, Cleaning, or related service industries preferred. Good knowledge of inventory control procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management systems. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
