Hiring: Store & Purchase In-Charge (Restaurant/Café Experience Required)

We are seeking a Store & Purchase In-Charge with proven experience in the restaurant, café, or F&B industry to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and replenishment
• Handle receiving, inspection, and storage of goods
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports
• Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Purchasing and Store Management
• Restaurant, Café, or F&B experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and stock management
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• UAE experience
• ADAFSA EFST certification is an advantage
