JOIN OUR NEW STORE OPENING SOON IN MOLITO Location: Cold Stone Creamery - MOLITO, AYALA ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA, METRO MANILA Qualifications: - Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field - With at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in retail, restaurant, food service, or similar industry - Strong leadership and people-management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experienced in sales monitoring and achievement of store targets - Knowledgeable in inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock monitoring - Knowledge of cash handling, daily sales reporting, and basic accounting - Able to manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, coaching, and performance - Strong customer service and complaint-handling skills - Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and store standards - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/store systems - Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules - Can work independently and make sound decisions while following company policies and SOPs Send your resume to: nhucareers@gmail.com Start your career with SICC and become part of a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous growth.
