We serve climbers and rope access technicians through both online and offline channels, bringing quality gear and vertical safety equipment to the Indonesian climbing and rope access community. About the Role Hanging Goat is looking for a Store & E-commerce Manager to manage online and offline store operations, including digital advertising, promotions, loyalty programs, and the store team. This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and CEO. Job Description Online store management (Tokopedia, other marketplaces, Shopify) - Ensuring product catalog is up to date and easily accessible to customers Offline store management – Conducting stock opname with the store team – Creating restock order lists – Visual merchandising Creating and managing online advertising Creating and managing promotions and loyalty programs – Planning and executing seasonal/periodic promotions across online and offline channels – Coordinating promo mechanics with marketplace platforms (flash sales, vouchers, bundling) – Designing and running a customer loyalty program (points, rewards, or membership perks) – Tracking promotion and loyalty program performance, and adjusting based on results Store team management – Responding to customer chats – Serving walk-in/offline customers – Covering for staff when unavailable Other duties related to store management as needed Qualifications Minimum D3/S1 in any major (Marketing, Business, or Management is a plus) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) Familiar with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Experience running online ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or marketplace ads) Basic data literacy to read performance metrics (conversion rate, CTR, etc.) Experience managing a retail/store team is a plus Comfortable working in a multi-channel retail environment (online + offline) Experience designing promotions or loyalty programs is a plus Interest in sports or climbing is a strong plus Compensation Competitive, based on experience (base salary + performance incentive) Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak Lokasi Kerja: Tatap muka
