The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, fabricators, consultants, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate steel structure fabrication, erection, and site installation activities. Ensure construction work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Review and interpret structural, fabrication, and shop drawings. Coordinate with subcontractors, fabricators, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with approved construction procedures. Check steel connections, bolts, welding, structural members, and related components. Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with engineering and project teams. Ensure all steel erection and installation activities comply with HSE requirements. Conduct site inspections and coordinate necessary corrections or modifications. Support project planning, execution, and timely completion of steel structure works. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structures. Qatar/GCC experience preferred. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection, and site installation. Experience in construction supervision, site coordination, and execution. Ability to read and interpret structural, fabrication, and shop drawings. Good knowledge of steel connections, bolting, welding, and structural components. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams. Software Skills AutoCAD: Reading and reviewing structural and fabrication drawings. Tekla Structures: Steel modelling and fabrication drawings.
