This is an excellent opportunity for an established Director or ambitious Associate Director looking to progress into a senior leadership position. Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage and develop a team of Project Managers. - Oversee multiple construction projects, budgets and delivery programmes. - Build strong relationships with developers, investors and property owners. - Drive new business opportunities and divisional growth. - Manage revenue, profitability and staff resources. - Work closely with national leadership on business strategy. About You - Strong background in client-side construction project management consultancy . - Proven experience leading Project Managers and delivering multiple projects. - Commercial responsibility and business development experience. - Experience across commercial, residential, industrial or mixed-use developments. - Currently operating at Associate Director, Director or similar senior level. Please note: Candidates with exclusively main contractor experience are unlikely to meet the requirements of this client-side role.
