Position: Stamping QA Supervisor Location: General Trias City, Cavite Company Industry: Manufacturing (Automotive & Electronic Components) Work Set Up: Monday - Friday (1 Saturday per month) 8:00 am to 6:10 pm Salary: Php 30,000–35,000 gross Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field. With 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing company. With experience in stamping processes, metal stamping, or press manufacturing is highly preferred. With at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Knowledgeable in quality inspection, process control, and defect analysis. Familiar with QC tools, problem-solving methods, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and VDA 6.3 Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality programs in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and VDA 6.3 standards. Manage quality activity schedules and action plans based on established quality objectives, targets, customer claims, corrective actions, and required company-wide initiatives. Oversee quality assurance planning, investigate and lead the resolution of quality issues, and monitor QA activities to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
