The position is particularly suited to an engineer with experience in UAE infrastructure and utility projects , including roads, pipelines, drainage, storm-water networks, underground services, excavation and related civil works. The successful candidate will ensure that stakeholder requirements are properly identified, communicated, tracked and resolved to avoid delays, conflicts and disruptions to project execution. Key Responsibilities Act as the engineering coordination point between project teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, utility providers and other relevant agencies. Identify stakeholder requirements, technical interfaces and project constraints at an early stage. Manage technical correspondence and coordination related to stakeholder requirements. Coordinate approvals, NOCs, permits, inspections and other required clearances. Follow up with relevant authorities and utility agencies to ensure timely approvals and responses. Coordinate utility interfaces and existing services with construction teams. Review drawings and identify potential clashes or conflicts with existing infrastructure and utilities. Coordinate with site teams regarding access, work permits, service protection and construction interfaces. Prepare and maintain stakeholder registers, interface trackers and action logs. Monitor stakeholder-related actions and ensure timely closure. Prepare and follow up RFIs, technical queries, correspondence and approval requests. Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, authorities and project stakeholders. Record meeting minutes, action points and responsibilities and follow up on outstanding matters. Coordinate with internal engineering, construction, planning, QA/QC and commercial teams. Support resolution of stakeholder complaints, technical concerns and construction-related conflicts. Escalate critical stakeholder issues that may affect project schedule, cost, quality or safety. Ensure all stakeholder communications and approvals are properly documented. Support project teams during inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities. Maintain effective professional relationships with project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project requirements, UAE regulations, authority procedures and HSE requirements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience , preferably with UAE infrastructure/civil construction projects. Strong experience in stakeholder/interface coordination. Experience dealing with clients, consultants, government authorities and utility providers in the UAE. Knowledge of infrastructure projects involving roads, pipelines, drainage, storm-water systems and underground utilities. Understanding of NOC, permit, inspection and authority approval processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and utility layouts. Strong knowledge of project correspondence and technical documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. UAE driving license is an advantage. Pay: AED1.00 per month Work Location: In person
