Duties - Conduct comprehensive employee evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. - Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. - Manage internal recruiting efforts to fill open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience. - Perform cold calling to engage with potential candidates and promote available job opportunities. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Assist in training development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career growth within the organization. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using systems such as Paychex, ADP, Workday, or PeopleSoft. - Conduct research on industry trends to improve recruitment practices and stay competitive in the market. Experience - Proven experience in staffing or recruitment roles is preferred. - Familiarity with employee evaluation processes and tools is essential. - Proficiency in using HR software such as Paychex, ADP, Workday, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. - Strong skills in HR sourcing techniques and internal recruiting practices are necessary for success in this role. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively through cold calling and interviews. - Experience in training development is a plus, contributing to the overall growth of our workforce.
