We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator to keep our clinical operations running smoothly. What You'll Do ● Coordinate daily schedules for LPNs, RNs, HHAs, and therapists; matching staff to patient cases based on skills, availability, location, and continuity of care ● Manage call-offs, cancellations, and emergency staffing situations to ensure every visit is covered per physician orders and plans of care ● Coordinate on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays ● Staff new patient admissions and resumptions of care ● Communicate scheduling details with patients, families, and clinical staff; resolve caregiver compatibility concerns ● Monitor and manage EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) compliance verifying clock-in/clock-out records, ensuring alignment with authorized service hours, and partnering with billing to support reimbursement ● Maintain accurate records in the agency's EMR and scheduling systems; track missed visits and documentation concerns ● Ensure staffing assignments comply with all applicable federal and state regulations ● Prepare staffing, utilization, productivity, and EVV compliance reports ● Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of field staff ● Participate in interdisciplinary team and operational meetings ● Escalate unresolved staffing or compliance concerns to leadership What We're Looking For ● 1–3 years in staffing coordination, scheduling, or recruitment — home health or healthcare experience strongly preferred ● Proficiency with EMR systems, home care scheduling software (AXXESS preferred), and EVV systems ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) ● Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills ● Excellent communication and customer service abilities ● Willingness to handle after-hours emergency calls Benefits ● Health, dental, and vision insurance ● 401(k) ● Paid time off and holidays ● Professional development opportunities ● Supportive team environment doing meaningful work for children and families Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Work Location: In person
