We are in Irvine, CA. We have a unique opportunity for highly motivated, quick-thinking and reliable individuals to join our expanding onboarding team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. The Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter will be responsible for screening, interviewing and scheduling applicants for human directional and sign holding services, helping the team fill our rapidly growing number of openings nationwide. Other duties may be assigned as needed. This is a full-time, in-person position from 8:30 am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Training for this position will be Monday - Friday until you are fully trained. Rate of pay will be based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: Proactively recruit short-term job assignments by interviewing applicants and developing creative recruitment tactics. Conduct phone screens and virtual/video interviews. Schedule candidates to their assigned locations. Consistently follow up with candidates to confirm their assigned shifts. Process payroll inputs in a timely manner according to standardized payroll processes. Requirements: Fastidious attention to detail. Proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent time management skills. Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple hiring needs. Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to take direction and work independently to deliver desired results. Recruitment and customer service experience. Strong verbal communication skills. Be willing to adapt to new hiring methods.
