This role is ideal for an energetic, independent self-starter with strong home care coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence and growth. Key Responsibilities Support growth of client census through intake coordination and referral follow-up Manage day-to-day coordination and office operations Act as liaison between clients, caregivers, and internal staff Schedule caregivers and manage daily coverage Ensure EVV compliance using HHA Exchange Maintain accurate patient and caregiver records Obtain and track authorizations from MLTCs and insurance carriers Handle client and caregiver concerns professionally and empathetically Participate in on-call coverage as needed Requirements Minimum 2 years of home care coordination or staffing experience (Required) Bilingual Spanish (Required) Strong working knowledge of HHA Exchange Self-starter with ability to work independently Excellent communication and organizational skills Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Paid Holiday Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
