For more details check us out here http://www.ensignbenefits.com/ Benefits eligibility for some benefits dependent on full time employment status Duties: - Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations - Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies - Works with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements - Keeps attendance records - Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues, and prepares written correspondence as necessary.
