Nursing Secretary Full time Competitive Salary Must be fully vaccinated - Typically at least 1 years’ experience in the Health Care field. - The ability to relate to long-term care individual’s needs. - The ability to carry out assigned tasks to completion. - Good communication skills; must understand English; written, oral and listening. - Must have basic knowledge of math. - Must be able to follow facility policy and procedure. - Must be able to observe and demonstrate proper safety and sanitary techniques. - Must be a team player, able to work independently, and with a wide variety of individuals. - Maintains a responsible and positive attitude. - Good organizational skills. - Must be able to multitask. - Create and post schedules for nursing department, track and post changes and approve trades. - Maintain timely records of call-out, late and early arrivals to work. - Oversee payroll for nursing department. - Retain copies of nursing and CNa licenses
