Your role Key responsibilities in your new role - Partner with business leaders on people and organization matters to support business strategy . - Translate business needs into an HR roadmap and support execution of people initiatives . - Coach and advise managers and employees on HR policies , practices and people-related topics . - Coordinate core HR processes for the assigned business area . - Ensure appropriate application , governance and compliance of HR policies , tools and applicable employment legislation . Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - Relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources , Business Administration , or a related field - 3–5 years of relevant HR experience , preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment - Strong knowledge of HR practices , employment legislation , and the needs of shopfloor/shift-based employees and people managers - Ability to work independently , manage multiple stakeholders , resolve issues using established solutions, and support HR projects #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
