You will architect large-scale AI/ML solutions that power document analysis, agentic workflows, and data-driven decision systems for the healthcare revenue cycle management space. Key Responsibilities : ● Design, build, and optimize intelligent agentic workflows, model routing frameworks, and evaluation harnesses tailored for complex healthcare revenue cycle management processes. ● Partner closely with DevOps, Software Engineering, and Product teams to seamlessly embed scalable AI/ML solutions into our core production infrastructure. ● Lead the development of high-accuracy document analysis engines capable of extracting, structuring, and reasoning over complex medical and financial records. ● Implement rigorous benchmarking frameworks to continually evaluate LLM performance, latency, accuracy, safety, and API cost efficiency. ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate domain challenges into technical roadmaps, establish engineering best practices for AI development, and mentor team members. ● Ensure all AI models and data pipelines adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy standards, and enterprise data security protocols. Requirements: ● Fluent in English and comfortable having technical communication with the US team. ● Software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years focused on building, deploying, and scaling production AI/ML systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AWS AI/ML solutions). ● Proven track record of architecting distributed systems and production-grade ML pipelines with strict requirements around latency, cost-optimization, and reliability. ● Advanced proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM), alongside strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), vector databases, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). ● Strong business acumen with a history of translating ambiguous operational challenges into clear technical roadmaps and mentoring cross-functional engineering talent.
