We are looking for a Sr. Certified Workday Payroll expert with a proven track record of success in implementing and managing payroll processes. Required Skills : As a Sr. Certified Workday Payroll consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Payroll processing, including Absence and/or Time Tracking, and Payroll reporting. Experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is preferred !! Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members US Payroll Workday U.S. Payroll certification required Possess a strong understanding of U.S. Payroll, including settlement, taxes, and all regulations applicable regulations at the federal, state and local level(s) in which the customer conducts business Overall understanding of how other areas within in Workday interrelate to Payroll, including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Workday Financials Must have the ability to guide clients on both Workday best practices, and statutory requirements Experience in state and local requirements for payroll taxes Provide guidance to clients on how to fill in all payroll workbooks, including payroll history Familiarity with third party payroll providers such as ADP Industry specific knowledge for Financial Services, Hospitality, Law Firms, and Staffing Agencies
