# Sr. Technical Product Manager, Trust CX Innovations **Amazon.com Services LLC** · Sunnyvale, California, USA · `On-site` · `full-time` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Amazon* --- ### Top Skills & Match 🎯 **Ключевой стек роли:** `[Project/Program/Product Management--Technical]` `[Product Management - Technical]` --- ### About the Role Amazon's devices are moving from responding to what customers say to perceiving the world around them. Echo, Fire TV, Ring, and the next generation of ambient devices increasingly see, hear, and remember so they can be genuinely helpful. That capability only earns a place in the home if customers trust how it handles what it perceives. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for Ambient Trust. You will define how always-on perceiving devices respect the physical space and the people in it, and you will turn that into shipped customer experiences, from today's early real-time visual features to a broad ambient transparency and control surface across the device fleet. You will work across product, engineering, science, design, hardware, legal, and privacy to make trust a reason customers choose our devices. Key job responsibilities - Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ambient Trust across perceiving surfaces (including voice, vision, and ambient sensing). - Define the customer experience for ambient transparency and control - Advance real-time visual understanding experiences from early release toward dependable activation, accuracy, broader device coverage, and proactive, opt-in capabilities. - Write the narratives and requirements that align leadership and partner teams, and represent Ambient Trust in cross-organization reviews with Product, Hardware, Engineering, Legal, Responsible AI, and Privacy. - Define the metrics that prove ambient experiences are both trusted and useful, and use them to prioritize. A day in the life No two days look the same in this role. You will move between setting long-term product direction and making the concrete calls that keep experiences moving, partnering closely with engineering, science, design, and other teams to turn a hard trust problem into something customers actually feel. You will spend time listening to customers and translating what you learn into priorities, aligning leaders and partner teams behind a clear plan, and making the judgment calls that balance capability, usefulness, and trust. The common thread is that you are the person making sure that as our devices become more capable, customers feel more in control, not less. About the team Who We Are: Trust CX Innovations is a strategic innovation team within Amazon Devices & Services that focuses on advancing AI technology while prioritizing customer trust and experience. Our Mission: To pioneer trustworthy AI innovations that delight customers while setting new standards for privacy and responsible technology development. We aim to transform how Amazon builds AI products by creating solutions that balance innovation with customer trust. - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience in regulatory frameworks and policy analysis methodologies - Experience delivering large, cross-functional, customer facing products - Experience with explainable machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies and tools - Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
