Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization in building a strong talent pipeline across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with Hiring Managers/HODs .
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and other channels .
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing, interviews, selection, offer, and joining ratios.
• Support recruitment drives, bulk hiring, and walk-in interviews when required.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment .
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing .
• Experience hiring for multiple departments and levels.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases .
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and market sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
• Travel & Tourism industry experience will be preferred.
