Immediate joiner preferred. Cancelled or in Visit Visa. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - 10+ years of relevant construction experience in the UAE - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with Dubai authority procedures Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications. - Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress and quality. - Review drawings, technical documents, and resolve site-related technical issues. - Monitor construction progress, productivity, and adherence to project schedules. - Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and relevant authority requirements. - Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project management teams. - Prepare site reports, inspections, method statements, and other required documentation. - Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works meet approved standards and specifications.
