Urgent Requirement: Sr. Recruiter – Healthcare Experience: 3–6 Years Industry: Healthcare / Diagnostics / Hospitals Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and clinical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of healthcare profiles, and the ability to close positions within defined TAT. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media . Hire for healthcare positions such as: Phlebotomists Medical Lab Technicians Nurses Radiologists Pathologists Front Office Executives Healthcare Sales/BD roles Lab Technicians and other clinical/non-clinical positions. Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, skills, location, and salary expectations . Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/management interviews. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups. Negotiate salary and support candidates through the offer and joining process. Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Ensure recruitment TAT and joining targets are achieved. Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining engagement. Build and maintain a strong database of healthcare professionals. Support bulk hiring and urgent hiring requirements when required. Required Skills 3–6 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / Clinical Recruitment . Strong knowledge of healthcare and diagnostics profiles. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and other sourcing channels . Good candidate screening and interviewing skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Good knowledge of recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness . Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/HRMS tools . Education MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or any relevant qualification preferred.
