# Sr Recruiter **Genius HRTech Dubai** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 16 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are hiring for Sr Recruiter for a Retail Conglomerate Location Dubai Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for all GCC (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman & Bahrain). - Forecast hiring needs and workforce planning by department and country - Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires - Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals - Actively source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and professional networks. - Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews (in-person, virtual, and phone-based). - Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and refine selection criteria. Requirements - Minimum 5-6 years of proven recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - Solid understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC region - Willingness to travel within GCC countries as required - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven, result-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
