This is a fully remote position for someone who can start immediately and has no notice period . Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for stone and marble projects. - Manage both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract quantity surveying activities. - Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. - Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and pricing analyses. - Evaluate variations, progress claims, and final accounts. - Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate with project managers, estimators, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Prepare reports, cost forecasts, and commercial documentation. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Stone & Marble Works projects. - Solid experience in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract quantity surveying. - Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu . - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills , including formulas, data analysis, and reporting. - Strong understanding of BOQs, tendering, cost control, variations, and final accounts. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. - Must be available to join immediately (no notice period required).
