The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex projects from inception to completion, managing resources and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet organizational goals while acting as the central liaison for stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing: - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross functional, growth/strategic, and process improvement focused projects. - Provide leadership and project support within the different verticals and functions within the company. - Translate corporate strategy into actionable project plans, detailing scope, resources, and milestones. - Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables/projects assigned - Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Mentor junior project managers and functional leads to develop leadership capability across the enterprise. - Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to C-level executives, clients, and vendors - Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities and driving the solution until completion. - Establish project governance, issue/problem resolution, risk management frameworks within all the IT and Non-IT projects - Provide project planning leadership, management reporting, and other business priorities as required. Qualifications: - At least 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Solutions Design, Business Support, Client Services. - Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required. - Strong understanding of BPO operations is required - Experience in transitions management, solutions design, project management is required. - Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. - Project Management and/or Six Sigma certification is an advantage. - Experience in Smartsheets, JIRA, MS Project, or any PM tool is an advantage Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Willing to work on-site? - Willing to work on shifting schedules? - Has at least 7 to 10 years of experience in Admin and Facilities Management?
