The Tax Program Manager will be responsible for driving important projects that often focus on restructuring efforts and typically involving cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, legal, HR and tech teams. This position requires regular communication with stakeholders and executive leadership on status, risks and strategy. The Tax Program Manager will create and manage milestone schedules, create meeting agendas, lead recurring meetings and will be responsible for ensuring critical project dates are met. The Tax Program Manager will also assist the team in identifying areas of process improvement and providing operational support and updating stakeholders while looking for opportunities to leverage GenAI to streamline efforts. While a deep tax/finance and technical background are not required, familiarity with both domains will be helpful. This is an exciting and challenging role and will give the right person a chance to be part of a company and a team making history. Key job responsibilities - Create and manage schedules - Effectively lead large meetings that produce trackable actions and deliverables. - Manage internal process and look for areas of improvement - Manage multiple projects concurrently A day in the life A typical day includes creating meeting agendas, attending project meetings, issuing meeting minutes, following up on actions, developing relationships with members across tax and cross-functional teams. The PM will also be tasked with owning recurring tasks such as preparing stakeholder docs, tracking budgets, and looking for ways to improve current processes. About the team This role is for a program manager on the North America Stores Transactional Tax PMO team and will assist in supporting key business initiatives, internal re-organizations and managing operational activities. - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
