The role requires someone who gets excited about high degree of ambiguity (and high degree of autonomy that comes with it), high pace of change (and high velocity of learning that comes with it), and is able to juggle multiple priorities and manage diverse set of highly opinionated stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment, with a high level of attention to detail. They will be at the center of the team and will be part of the glue that helps us operate efficiently, effectively and happily. This role is for you if you are an organized, effective self-starter, care about the employee experience, and have experience in full-cycle program management (from design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement). Key job responsibilities Serving as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the rhythm of the business Creating and maintaining high-scale GTM programs and managing development of supporting artifacts, including internal GTM collateral and external open-source collateral. Set up and maintain multiple open-source projects. Help design and run a global community of practitioners in order to scale GTM plays. Set up metrics and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision making. - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
