Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs. Design and develop business rules, calculation logic, forms, and dashboards. Manage data integrations using Data Management / Integration tools and automate data pipelines. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Workforce, Financials). Expertise in business rules, calculation manager, and data integrations. Good understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPM integrations (e.g., ERP systems like Oracle EBS). Knowledge of scripting (Groovy) and automation. Prior experience in leading teams or managing client engagements. Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
