# Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant **SYSINFO** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Compensation , combined with hands on experience in integrations, reporting, data conversion, troubleshooting, and end to end testing. Responsibilities Configure and support Oracle Fusion Core HR . Configure Workforce Structures, Jobs, Positions, Grades, Departments, Locations and Legal Employers . Support employee lifecycle transactions including hire, transfer, promotion, termination and assignment changes. Configure Oracle Workforce Compensation . Configure compensation plans, eligibility profiles, components, budgets, worksheets, guidelines and salary reviews. Create test strategy, test plans, scenarios and test scripts Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Develop functional design and configuration documents. Requirements 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data models and reporting tools. Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred) Strong techno-functional experience with both configuration and technical components. Experience in Oracle BI tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with SIT/UAT and end-to-end HCM testing . Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred. Experience working with business users and translating requirements into technical/functional solutions. Work Location: Remote
