Our client is looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take the reins on our client Grocery/Retail Channel and lead the team driving our client wholesale business. Why this role is different This isn't account management from behind a desk. - You'll be the commercial engine behind how our client products reach real shelves and real customers — owning distributor relationships, sourcing new distribution accounts, and leading a team to hit ambitious wholesale targets. - You'll report straight to the CEO/CFO, work hand-in-hand with Marketing on brand activation, and have a genuine seat at the table when it comes to shaping strategy. What you'll own - Growth and performance across key retail and distributor accounts - A small team you'll coach, develop, and drive toward shared targets P&L analysis, forecasting, and pipeline visibility that actually informs decisions - Retailer expansion plans and in-store execution, working closely with Marketing The connective tissue between Sales, E-Commerce, DTC, and the wider business - What you bring 3+ years in Sales, Key Account, or National Account Management — ideally with real experience navigating distribution networks and grocery/retail channels in Ireland. - A track record of building teams that deliver, not just individuals who do Mass or premium brand experience (beauty a bonus, not a barrier) Sharp commercial instincts — you read a P&L as fluently as you read a room - The confidence to challenge senior leadership when the strategy needs it - Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities shift and you adapt What's in it for you Additional annual leave with service Health insurance & pension contributions Employee discount on our client products Employee Assistance Programme - A front-row seat to a genuinely fast-growing Irish success story.
