# Sr Mgr PM-T, WW Fast Delivery Program, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) **Amazon.com Services LLC** · Bellevue, Washington, USA · `On-site` · `full-time` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Amazon* --- ### Top Skills & Match 🎯 **Ключевой стек роли:** `[Project/Program/Product Management--Technical]` `[Product Management - Technical]` --- ### About the Role Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service that enables sellers to outsource supply chain and fulfillment to Amazon and use Amazon’s world-class technology, science and logistics infrastructure to deliver billions of products from manufacturing hubs to customer doorsteps worldwide with a fast delivery promise. The first twenty years of FBA made world-class fulfillment accessible to any seller. Our next chapter is about making speed accessible, giving sellers the tools, transparency, and control to deliver faster, in ways that make economic sense for their business. As the leader of Fast Delivery Programs product management, you will own the worldwide strategy for how sellers participate in Amazon's fastest delivery channels across North America, Europe, India, Latin America, and the Middle East. Customers increasingly expect delivery in hours, not days, and the categories driving that growth are where third-party sellers bring the depth and breadth customers need. But sub-same-day and quick commerce delivery are fundamentally different from the core fulfillment network. Selection is physically constrained, capacity is scarce, and every slot at a fast-delivery site has a cost. Deciding which products earn that space, which sellers get capacity, and what it should cost them is a new kind of product problem. Solving it means combining Amazon's algorithms with sellers' own demand signals. Your portfolio spans the full breadth of fast delivery: defining the worldwide speed strategy that governs how sellers participate in delivery speed across a portfolio of programs; designing and scaling mechanisms that allocate scarce capacity at speed nodes to sellers; building fee structures and seller incentive frameworks that align seller economics with network cost structures; optimizing product selection for capacity-constrained sites; designing seller-facing programs, communications, and workflows; and launching fast delivery programs architected from day one for worldwide scale. You'll start by leading a team of product and program managers, and partner with science and engineering to turn optimization and market mechanism design into products sellers use every day to grow their business and make money. We're looking for a leader who builds. You'll set the vision and develop a strong PM team, and you'll still get hands-on: prototyping new seller experiences and pricing concepts with AI tools, putting working versions in front of sellers and leaders within days, and making that the team's default way of working. The portfolio has grown into parallel tracks spanning supply chain, operations, delivery experience, fulfillment technology, and finance. Your job is to turn that into one coherent roadmap and shipped products with measurable positive seller outcomes. Key job responsibilities – Define the multi-year vision and worldwide roadmap for FBA fast delivery. Work backwards from customers' expectation of delivery in hours to expand selection, improve speed, and lower cost to serve. – Define how sellers participate in sub-same-day and quick commerce delivery channels across all geographies. – Design the end-to-end marketplace framework for fast delivery, spanning selection for limited shelf space, capacity allocation, inbound and inventory paths, seller recommendations and tools, and fee and incentive structures that align seller economics with customer outcomes. – Build seller-facing programs, tools, and communications that give sellers transparency, control, and a clear path to grow through faster delivery. – Partner with science and engineering to turn optimization models, market designs and seller insights into product features. Set technical direction and priorities and make architecture and scope tradeoffs. – Prototype new concepts yourself using AI coding, design and analysis tools. Validate ideas with working versions rather than long specs and build the same habits across your team. – Hire, lead, and develop a team of product and program managers and set a high bar for technical product ownership and engineering partnership. – Define the metrics framework for fast delivery (customer impact, seller outcomes, program health), and use it to drive investment decisions with VP-level leaders across supply chain, operations, seller and customer experience, and delivery. A day in the life One morning you might be working through how limited capacity at a new sub-same-day site should be split among thousands of sellers who all want in, and what it should cost them. By afternoon you could be demoing a working prototype of a seller capacity-request flow you built with AI tools, reviewing pilot results from a newly launched country, or coaching a PM through a tradeoff between speed and cost to serve. Your decisions will shape how millions of sellers reach Amazon's fastest delivery channels, and how billions of dollars in fulfillment investment turn into outcomes for customers and sellers. About the team FBA gives third-party sellers an end-to-end supply chain, from manufacturing sites to customers' doorsteps, so they can focus on growing their businesses. The team owns warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, pricing, and the recommendations that help sellers make the right decisions. We work closely with sellers to understand their experience, build agentic solutions for them, design seller policies and incentives, and develop products that help sellers and Amazon together delight customers worldwide. We also build the systems that manage inbound, transportation, and storage capacity, design a network that increases speed while reducing cost to serve, and run voice-of-seller systems that build seller trust. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bellevue, WA, or Sunnyvale, CA. - Bachelor's degree - 10+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of team management experience - Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy - Experience building products for two-sided marketplaces, supply chain or fulfillment systems, or other resource-allocation systems
