This role will work with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Business Operations leaders to evaluate, develop, and implement new and revised variable incentive programs in support of organizational goals and competitive practices. This position is also responsible through cross-functional partnership for ensuring thorough audits and that compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government laws and regulations.
