Sr. Landscape Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Engineer with a strong background in business development, landscape project execution, and maintenance to drive business growth and expand the company's landscaping portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and public landscaping projects.
• Develop business strategies to expand the landscaping division's market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals and tenders, negotiate contracts, and secure new projects.
• Oversee landscape project execution, ensuring work is completed as per approved designs, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage landscape maintenance activities, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and routine maintenance works.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, costs, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the landscaping or construction industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the landscaping sector.
• Strong experience in landscape project execution and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and project closures.
• Strong network of contacts among UAE developers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, tenders, and commercial bids.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
