Working Hours: 10–7 (9 hours) Experience: 6+ years The primary role of a Consultant or Sr. Consultant is to be responsible for managing specific sub-work stream (or sub-modules) within a broader project. Sr. Consultants and Consultants on engagements report into the team lead/ manager and are responsible for end-to-end delivery of the sub-work stream allocated to them. The responsibilities of Sr. Consultant or Consultant should include: · Perform maintenance on existing programs. · Provide innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions. · Participate in knowledge sharing activities. · Hands on experience with Angular, SpringBoot / Spring MVC . · Hands on experience with MangoDB and any RDBMS · Experience with cloud services like ( AWS/Azure/Google Cloud ) · Strong hands on work experience in Design & development of Responsive Web application · Experience in Web Services (REST, SOAP) · Hands on experience with HTML(5), JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular (2+), React JS, Vue JS · Good understanding of object-oriented programming, RDBMS, NoSQL · Good analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · This role involves extensive travel Good to have skillsets · Knowledge or implementation experience in Microservices based architecture. · Kubernetes, Docker containers · Building hybrid mobile applications (Ex: Flutter, React Native, Ionic ) · Hands on experience in Java/J2EE/Sprintboot/MVC applications/Node JS Your role as a leader · Ability to execute a project using Agile techniques to quickly deliver value for clients · Ability to propose solutions by adopting a customer-centric view of the client’s strategy · Ability to combine digital acumen and a domain specialization to create solutions for our clients · Ability to build and contribute domain thought-ware for use by the network · Ability to select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy · Ability to address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology · Ability to produce a high quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience · Ability to deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in clients · Ability to incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options · Ability to apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving · Ability to understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business · Ability to organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations · Builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders · Identifies and embraces our purpose and values and puts these into practice in their professional life · Seeks opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results · Develops self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador Pay: Up to ₹2,100,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka 560000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period - Immediate Joiners only Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Java Full-stack: 6 years (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka 560000 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
