The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions across various domains including Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications. The recruiter should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends within the Indian talent market. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to offer closure. - Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities. - Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and networking channels. - Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability for technical roles. - Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active technology candidates. - Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate information in ATS systems. - Support recruitment initiatives for lateral hiring, campus hiring, and diversity hiring. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends. Roles Hired The recruiter will be responsible for hiring positions such as: - Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer - Java Developer - Python Developer - .NET Developer - React Developer - Angular Developer - DevOps Engineer - Cloud Engineer (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Data Engineer - Data Scientist - Machine Learning Engineer - AI Engineer - Cybersecurity Analyst - QA Automation Engineer - SAP Consultant - Product Manager - Technical Lead and Engineering Manager Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. - Strong experience in both sourcing and stakeholder management. - Experience working with product companies, IT services companies, startups, or staffing firms.
