Interior Designer (Residential projects) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Eligibility: Qualification : B. Arch / Bachelor's in Interior Design Experience: 3-6 years experience MUST have experience in designing high-end Residential interiors Key Responsibilities: Lead client management by running initial briefings, managing expectations, and pitching design concepts directly to project stakeholders. Drive commercial space planning by creating efficient layouts Oversee technical documentation by producing construction drawings, joinery details, and ensuring strict compliance with local building codes. Coordinate cross-disciplinary consultants to seamlessly integrate MEP, structural, HVAC, and smart-office AV systems into the design. Mentor junior design staff by guiding them through technical drafting, presentation standards, and tracking project milestones. Direct site administration by performing regular inspections, resolving unexpected field issues, and ensuring construction matches the design intent.
