Sr HR (Retail experience)
Job Title: Senior HR – Retail (Fashion)Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional with strong experience in the retail/fashion industry to manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning across retail stores. Key Responsibilities Manage complete HR operations for retail stores and corporate/fashion teams. Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of retail staff. Hire and manage fashion designers, sales executives, store managers, visual merchandisers, and other retail staff . Develop manpower plans based on store requirements and business growth. Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records. Manage employee performance appraisal and KPI processes. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws. Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, recruitment, and performance. Work closely with store managers and business heads to resolve HR-related issues. Support organizational development and HR policy implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field . 5–8 years of HR experience , preferably in retail or fashion. Strong knowledge of retail hiring and workforce management. Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of employee relations and HR processes. Ability to manage multiple stores/teams and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HRMS, payroll, attendance, and recruitment systems. Preferred Experience Experience in fashion retail, apparel, lifestyle brands, fashion design companies, or multi-store retail operations will be an advantage. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
