Senior HR Recruiter Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai Department: Human Resources Experience: 4–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Contact - HR Rajal - 8355855748 Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate and manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate-handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, employee referrals, and other channels . Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews. Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and job requirements. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate salary and other employment terms within approved budgets. Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports . Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate documentation. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring priorities and recruitment challenges. Ensure timely closure of critical and bulk hiring requirements. Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and closure rate . Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities. Guide junior recruiters and support the team in achieving recruitment targets. Key Skills Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills Good knowledge of recruitment MIS and Excel Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, sales, corporate, or multi-functional recruitment will be preferred. Education MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent HR qualification preferred.
