(HUMS) is a healthcare support organization providing comprehensive services to Harmony United Psychiatric Care (HUPC), a US-based psychiatric healthcare organization. Our teams support a wide range of healthcare and administrative functions, including recruitment, human resources, medical billing, accounts receivable management, and other essential healthcare operations. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. Position Overview The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment activities and supporting various HR operations for Harmony United Psychiatric Care and Harmony United Medsolutions. The role will have a strong focus on recruiting and interviewing healthcare providers and other staff , coordinating the end-to-end hiring process, and supporting employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident conducting interviews, and be comfortable interacting with US-based candidates, providers, employees, and management . Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition Conduct interviews with healthcare providers, including psychiatric providers and other clinical professionals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Review and screen resumes based on job requirements and organizational needs. Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall suitability. Conduct interviews for non-clinical and administrative positions, including staff supporting US healthcare operations. Coordinate and participate in multiple rounds of interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Communicate job responsibilities, company expectations, work schedules, compensation structure, and other relevant information to candidates. Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, candidate status, interviews, selections, and joining dates. Support offer discussions and coordinate the offer and pre-employment documentation process. Assist with background verification and other pre-employment requirements. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. HR Operations Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. Assist with new-hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation, HR system setup, and coordination with relevant departments. Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, confirmation letters, employee correspondence, and other HR-related documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Assist employees with routine HR-related questions and concerns. Support attendance, timekeeping, leave, and payroll-related HR activities. Assist with benefits administration and employee benefits-related queries. Coordinate employee separation and offboarding activities, including required documentation and exit formalities. Maintain confidentiality of employee, candidate, provider, and organizational information. Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and within established timelines. Employee Relations & Engagement Respond to employee queries professionally and in a timely manner. Support the HR Manager in addressing employee relations matters. Assist in communicating HR policies, procedures, and organizational updates to employees. Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and other HR initiatives. Help maintain a positive and professional work environment. Assist in organizing employee meetings, feedback sessions, and HR activities as required. HR Administration & Compliance Ensure HR records and documentation are maintained accurately and systematically. Maintain recruitment and employee-related trackers and reports. Prepare periodic recruitment and HR reports for management. Ensure required HR documentation is completed and properly maintained. Assist the HR Manager with implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Stay informed about general HR practices and requirements relevant to the role. Assist with internal audits, HR projects, and process improvement initiatives. Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition. Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and conducting interviews is required. Experience recruiting healthcare professionals or providers will be strongly preferred. Experience working with US-based candidates, employees, or organizations will be an advantage. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Confident and professional interview and candidate assessment skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, employees, providers, hiring managers, and US-based stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to manage multiple open positions and recruitment activities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
