Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers. Prepare and maintain purchase orders, bills, and payment records. Coordinate with banks for transactions, reconciliations, and banking activities. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports. Track and reconcile petty cash expenses from kitchens and corporate offices. Verify employee reimbursements and process claims as per company policy. Support payroll processing by coordinating with the HR team. Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management. Monitor budgets and analyze variances against actual expenses. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions. Work closely with operations, procurement, and HR teams to support business growth and financial efficiency. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Work Location: In person
