# Sr. Customs Declarant **CJ LABAD LOGISTICS PHILIPPINES INC.** · Binondo 1006 P00 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 15 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QUALIFICATIONS - Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration - Licensed Customs BrokerMinimum of 2–3 years experience in customs brokerage and both import/export processing - Proven expertise in lodgement of entries, valuation, tariff classification, and HS coding - Proficient in using BOC systems (e.g., E2M, Intercommerce, etc.) and other related customs portals - With experience in handling different shipments (reefer, dry, project cargo, regulated goods, etc.) - In-depth knowledge of BOC rules and regulations, CMTA, customs procedures, and compliance requirements - Ability to review and validate shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, Permits, etc.) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare, review, and lodge import and export entries accurately and in compliance with BOC rules and regulations - Ensure correct tariff classification, customs valuation, and tax/duty computation for all shipments - Validate completeness and accuracy of shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Permits, COO, etc.) - Monitor and manage customs clearance progress, including examination, assessment, and release of shipments - Coordinate closely with BOC examiners, customs officials, shipping lines, terminal operators, and clients to resolve issues promptly - Handle and provide solutions for complex or high-risk shipments (reefer, dry, regulated, project, or time-sensitive cargo) - Conduct pre-lodgement (ECDT) and post-entry reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance - Prepare explanations, incident reports, and corrective action plans for customs findings or shipment issues - Coordinate with operations and accounting for billing to ensure timely release and proper documentation turnover - Support Brokerage Department process improvement initiatives to enhance clearance efficiency and compliance Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company events - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training Experience: - Customs Declarant: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: - Licensed Customs Brokerage (Preferred) Work Location: In person
