To Performs asset search and skip trace To identify remedial measures for each account To be witness in Court in behalf of the Corporation Accompany Sheriff in every execution within and outside Metro Manila To Prepare account brief Prepares transactional summary for every Management Committee meeting Monitors accounts that had been foreclosed especially from issuance of certificate of sale until prescription of its redemption period. Monitors accounts that are due for execution especially from the issuance of decisions and Writ. Leads the execution team in coordination with the Sheriff and its expenses, properties to be executed, banks for garnishment Represents the company during auction sale To devise ways and means to ensure effective legal strategies and application to legal issues and cases involving the assigned client/s of the Company. Monitors accounts that are due for execution especially from the issuance of decisions and Writ. To supervise assigned team To comply with reportorial requirements of management with regard to the legal cases Job Qualifications: Graduate of BS in Real Estate, Political Science, Legal Management/Business Management or other related Courses Excellent in verbal and written communication Driving Skills is an advantage for this role. Willing to travel. Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Preferably residing in Taguig or Nearby city At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in Banking Industry or related work experience Can start immediately Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company events Health insurance Life insurance Work Location: In person
