We’ve spent 8 years running fun football sessions for kids in East London , now we’re building the engine to scale it across the city. The backend matters (rotas, Milanote, Class4Kids), but the park is our stage. We’re looking for someone who’s a natural with children: infectious energy, makes every child feel like a star, and owns the pitch with a smile. We can teach you the systems, we can’t teach you how to be the life of the party. The hours — 40h/week, Wednesday to Sunday (Mon & Tue are your weekend) - Wednesday — 09:00–17:00, from home. Deep work: rotas and Milanote. - Thursday & Friday — 10:00–18:00, hybrid. Morning ops, then on-site coaching and quality checks (16:00–18:00). - Saturday & Sunday — 08:00–17:00, on-site. Prime time: leading sessions, greeting parents, keeping the FunnClubb vibe alive. During school holidays we run daytime holiday camps, so hours shift to 08:00–18:00 on weekdays — you’ll lead and run camps during these weeks. Essential — please don’t apply without these - A full UK driving licence and your own reliable vehicle with enough boot space to move kit (goals, cones, bags) between two parks in a day. This is central to the role, the sessions move across venues and the kit moves with you. - Available every session . Saturdays and Sundays are non-negotiable. - An Enhanced DBS (children’s barred-list) — already held, or willing to get one before starting. - The right to work in the UK. What you’ll be doing - Lead coaching — be the gold-standard coach others look up to. High energy, high fun, high safety. - Operations — own the coaching rotas and 100% session coverage. - Systems — run our Milanote / Class4Kids setup to keep us paperless (full training provided). - Quality — walk the pitches so every session feels like a FunnClubb session. - Transport & setup — get the kit to each park, set up the zone, lead the session, pack down, leave no trace. Who you are - A bubbly leader — a background in coaching, kids’ entertainment or performance. Loud, energetic, kids gravitate to you. - Willing to learn — not a tech genius yet, but ready to master our systems with the same energy you bring to the pitch. - A fixer — you spot the missing bib, the late coach, the confused parent, and sort it without being asked. - Reliable — your word is your reputation.
