Specialty Coffee Shop / Restaurant Manager Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining Required About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Restaurant/Café Manager with a solid background in specialty coffee and premium F&B. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily café operations, ensuring world-class specialty coffee standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Oversee POS reporting, cash handling, inventory management, portion control, and cost reduction (wastage, COGS). Supervise, schedule, and train floor staff and baristas to maintain consistent service excellence. Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and local municipality regulatory compliance. Drive local guest engagement, loyalty, and floor-level marketing initiatives in Al Ain. Requirements: Proven experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager or Supervisor strictly within specialty coffee or upscale F&B. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and operational business acumen. Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus). Currently in the UAE with immediate availability to start in Al Ain. Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: F&B : 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
