Specialized Upholstery & Deep Cleaning Team Lead (Tagalog Speaking)

Melya Cleaning Services is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Upholstery & Deep Cleaning Specialist / Team Lead to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will lead a specialized 2-man team servicing luxury villas, residential properties, and VIP spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute deep cleaning services for sofas, carpets, mattresses, and leather furniture using steam and extraction equipment.
• Inspect fabrics on-site to select the safest chemical treatments for luxury materials (velvet, silk, linen, leather).
• Maintain high hospitality standards and professional demeanor inside client homes and villas.
• Operate, clean, and maintain specialized machines and chemical supplies responsibly.
• Drive the service van safely across Abu Dhabi to cover scheduled client locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Languages: Native/Fluent Tagalog and professional English (Essential for customer interaction and team alignment).
• Experience: 2–4 years in soft services, luxury upholstery cleaning, or 5-star hotel housekeeping in the UAE.
• Skills: Expertise in stain removal, fabric chemistry, and extraction machinery operation.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License (Required).

• Basic Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500 (based on experience).
