What you will be doing Responsible for assisting in the preparation of various financial activities, including data gathering, trending, modeling, forecasting, planning, and reporting for the pharmacy division. Collect information from various sources and to assist in the building of models to provide insight into underlying business dynamics. Provide analysis that enables management to make solid business decisions. Contribute to the annual budgeting process, the weekly forecast process, and other initiatives as they arise. Skills & Industry Knowledge Strong expertise in advanced data analysis, including identifying trends, correlations, and patterns and translating them into actionable business insights. Proven capability in building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise dashboards, particularly using Power BI. Strong skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and automation, including use of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate). Experience with process optimization and familiarity with data governance frameworks, including data quality, integrity, and security. Working knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive modeling to support forecasting and performance analysis. Ability to gather business requirements and determine appropriate analytical approaches to solve business and data issues. Relevant Experience At least 5 years of experience in financial analytics, reporting systems, data analytics, or data engineering roles. Experience supporting or delivering cross‑functional analytics projects aligned to business strategy and stakeholder needs. Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Preferred Skills & Industry Knowledge Proficiency in cloud analytics tools, data pipelines, and enterprise data integration. Experience with enterprise reporting platforms and complex system integrations. Strong proficiency in data visualization and querying tools, including Power BI, Power Query, and SQL. Exposure to or hands‑on experience with predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques. Relevant Experience Experience managing or contributing to analytics transformation or automation initiatives. 7–10 years of experience in US financial analysis or analytics environments, with demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives. Education / Certification Advanced or professional certifications in data analytics, cloud platforms, automation, or process improvement. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is a plus. 1. Data Integrity, Governance & Risk Management Define, establish, and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks and standards Oversee data quality, consistency, and reliability across platforms Ensure alignment of data practices across systems, teams, and stakeholders 4. Transformation, Innovation & Change Management Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across departments Lead strategic modernization of analytics tools, workflows, and data delivery Embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in analytics practices 5. Process Optimization & Workflow Design Lead end-to-end redesign of analytics and reporting workflows Implement automation and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability Drive innovation in reporting processes and data delivery methods 6.
