# Special Project Coordinator **Buildrite Hardware Supply Corporation** · Caloocan · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: -Communicate and follow-up status of all punchlists and revisions in the jobsite to his counterpart in the production. -Coordinates with Sales, Designers, Coordinators and Production Personnel regarding design or measurement discrepancies/ concerns related to Job Order and Revision Order preparation. -Implement project administration processes according to client’s requirements. -Communicate, monitor and evaluate project schedules. -Identify, suggest and implement corrective actions to improve company standards and quality. -Advise client on design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination. -Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of furniture and related items. -Plan and design interior environments for modular furniture focuses mainly in kitchen areas. -Prepare detailed technical and shop drawings for modular cabinets (kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, etc.) -Translate approved interior designs into manufacturing and installation drawings. -Create layouts, elevations, sections, as per project requirements. -Ensure drawings meet manufacturing standards, material specifications, and hardware requirements. -Support production and installation teams with technical clarifications and revisions. QUALIFICATIONS: -Candidate must possess at least an Engineering (Civil, Industrial), Interior Design, Industrial Technology, Graphic Technology or equivalent courses. -Graduate of 2-year course/ Vocational are encourage to apply. -Must be knowledgeable and know how to operate with AutoCad Applications. -Applicants must be willing to work in Kitchen/Cabinet modular. -Must have 1 year work experience but fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
