We're looking for someone who loves people just as much as they love creating content. This isn't your typical front desk role. You'll be the first face our guests see and the voice they hear on the phone — while also helping tell étant's story through engaging social media content that captures our space, our team, and the sense of calm we create every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guest Experience

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Create a calm, elevated first impression from the moment guests arrive
• Answer incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
• Schedule and manage appointments using our booking software
• Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling when needed
• Check guests in and out, processing service and retail payments
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, client information, and service details using office management software
• Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area
• Support our massage therapists and estheticians in keeping the day running smoothly
• Assist with maintaining a clean, polished spa environment throughout the day
• Build lasting relationships with guests by learning names and anticipating their needs

Social Media & Content Creation

• Capture beautiful, calming photos and videos of our space and treatments
• Film engaging behind-the-scenes content — spa life, treatment prep, team moments
• Create Reels and short-form videos that reflect étant's relaxed, welcoming personality
• Brainstorm creative content ideas and seasonal marketing campaigns
• Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Respond to comments, DMs, and online engagement promptly and professionally
• Help grow our online presence by encouraging guest interaction and showcasing our culture
• Coordinate with therapists and estheticians to highlight their work
• Assist with promotions, giveaways, seasonal offers, and new service launches

Who You Are

• You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities while staying warm and composed
• You notice the small details that turn a good experience into a memorable one

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on weekends.
• Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience managing social media for a business or personal brand is highly desirable
• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and Canva
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and a calm, positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and booking software
• Photography and video editing experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
