Sous Chef – All Day Dining & Catering - Dubai

About the Role

Are you a driven culinary professional ready to step into key kitchen leadership? Two Neighbors is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Sous Chef to lead our All-Day Dining & Catering kitchen in Dubai.

This is the highest culinary position within this outlet’s kitchen , offering a high degree of autonomy, complete ownership, and clear pathways for career growth. You will be fully responsible for the entire kitchen team and end-to-end kitchen operations, driving culinary quality, food safety, and efficiency.

Who Should Apply?

This opportunity is ideal for a talented culinary expert with at least 6 years of experience looking to make a career leap. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated strong leadership abilities and can seamlessly run kitchen operations without the direct supervision of a Head Chef or Sous Chef.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end kitchen operations for all-day dining and catering orders.
• Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Maintain strict standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene (HACCP).
• Manage food costing, inventory, stock rotation, and waste control.
• Handle menu execution, prep management, and smooth service delivery during peak hours.

Key Requirements

• Should have worked as a Commis 1 or Chef de Partie (CDP) in a high-volume restaurant, café, or catering environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience running service independently.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen management, and all-day dining service.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
